🔹 At least 5 years of work experience in the field of technical support and information technology. 🔹 A minimum of one year of experience in leading or supervising a technical support team. 🔹 A degree or academic qualification in one of the disciplines of information technology or computer science. 🔹 The ability to carry out technical support work directly and in the field, not just a supervisory role. 🔹 Highly skilled in diagnosing technical problems and finding appropriate solutions. 🔹 Good communication skills, team management, and coordination with different departments.

• ✓🔹 Monitoring the performance of systems, devices and networks and ensuring continuity of operation.
• ✓🔹 Distributing tasks and following up on technical reports and closing them within the specified time.
• ✓🔹 Prepare reports on technical support performance and make recommendations for improvement.
